Our home is a beautiful duplex situated right along the scenic North River. The master bedroom, kitchen, and dining area offer gorgeous river views. Step out onto the private deck to enjoy meals with family and friends while taking in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets—it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind on your holiday. This fully equipped vacation home features all-new furniture, kitchenware, and linens, carefully chosen for your comfort. On the main floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a 55-inch smart TV, a modern kitchen with a full suite of appliances (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker), a dining area, and a half-bath. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom and a king-size bed. The two guest rooms each have a queen-size bed. Both bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers. The basement serves as a cozy family lounge and entertainment room—perfect for relaxing or socializing. It includes another TV, an Xbox gaming console, board games, and toys for guests of all ages. The sectional sofa can convert into an additional queen-size bed, accommodating extra guests if needed (please inform us in advance so we can provide extra bedding; additional charges apply). A private laundry room is also located in the basement, fully equipped with a washer, dryer, detergent, steam iron, and ironing board—all available for your use at no extra cost. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It offers a quiet, private space ideal for couples, families on vacation, small groups, or friends reconnecting. Our long driveway can accommodate 4–5 vehicles. We offer services in both English and Mandarin. Cornwall is a quiet town in PEI, and it just minutes from the capital city of Charlottetown. The community is very peaceful, it gathers a lot of friendly locals. Otherwise, guests are available to access the entire area of the property except mechanical room of the basement, Garage, and stair storage of the basement. As a consideration of the safety, we will lock the mechanical room of the basement during the period of time when guests are staying. Garage and the stair storage of the basement are only for the owner to store some personal items. Guests are not available to access Garage and stair storage. Garage and the stair storage of the basement will be locked during the period of time when guest are staying. Drive way, backyard, and deck are available for guests to access.
