BOOKING A PRIVATE ROOM: Most of our private rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child 4 years of age and older. They all come with workstations, fast WiFi connectivity and access to shared common areas with other guests including a large kitchen, coffee station and guest lounge.///\\\BOOKING RESERVATIONS FOR FAMILIES AND TRAVEL GROUPS: The best option for larger groups is to reserve multiple private rooms combined with beds in the mixed hostel room subject to availability.//\\\BED IN A 4 BED MIXED DORM ROOM: This is a popular choice with guests who are on a fixed travel budget and require simple but practical low cost accommodations. There are 2 double beds and 2 twin beds available in our hostel style mixed dorm. Couples and friends are welcome to share the double bunk beds when making a booking for 2 guests in the shared dormitory. Guests of the dorm room have access to a common lounge with a big screen TV, Local news/sports channels and popular movie streaming services are available. There is also access to 2 restrooms for your convenience. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. ///\\\Local Guest Policy: Only bookings from non-local guests are accepted; guests whose residence is within 37 mi (60 km) of the property will not be allowed to check in. The only exception to this policy applies to newcomers to Calgary staying on a valid Canadian work or study permit. Guests must present a Canadian Government-issued ID or a foreign passport, along with their valid work or study permit prior to entry.///\\\Local Resident Third Party Booking Policy: WE DO NOT ACCEPT third party bookings from individuals paying on behalf of local guests. WE DO ACCEPT third party bookings from individuals living outside of the City of Calgary paying on behalf of other guests visiting Calgary. Popcorn is also provided on a limited, first come first serve basis for all guests to enjoy. Please inquire when you arrive to make sure you get your hands on this crowd favorite. A full kitchen is available for those that wish to cook their own meals when you book a private room for 1 or more nights or stay for a minimum of 3 nights in our mixed hostel room. Basic cookware, cooking utensils and all kitchen essentials are provided like dinnerware, cutlery, oil, salt and pepper. ///\\\ Tuscan Ridge Guesthouse is located in the peaceful community of Tuscany, Northwest Calgary, Alberta. You don't have to walk far to find yourself surrounded by nature here. There are many beautiful parks and jogging trails close by for you to check out. We highly recommend visiting the new Calgary Farmer's Market in Northwest Calgary. It's only an 11 minute drive from the guest home. Great place for organic meat, veggies and homemade confectionery.
