A property with two options: Free WIFI, 1 private Kitchen/ dining area + 1 private Full Bathroom. Only three-bedroom house on the main floor has a living room + workspace. Only the kitchen in the three-bedroom house on the main floor has a stove. There door between the three-bedroom and two-bedroom houses is not intended to be locked just for safety. The Rooms are on the main floor or in the basement with a few steps but no Wheelchair Facility. For the main floor unit there is a smart TV in the living room For the basement unit there is a smart TV in each bedroom During winter the host cannot take responsibility for snow removal and your safety on the driveway; the shovel and snow salt are available at the shield on the driveway. Guests are not allowed to use their own portable heater or portable cooler since the property has a heating/cooling system, and the host can adjust the temperature for the whole property. Towels could be renewed each 72 hours after check-in time between 7 PM and 11 PM if the request is received by 5 PM the same day. There is a laundromat nearby. Guests are responsible for their belongings in the shared areas. The host is available from 7 am till 11 pm to answer questions, and check-in trouble shooting. . No Party! No Smoking inside! No pets! Please Do Not use any material to clean the bathtub except for the provided sponge rubber gently!
