The cottage is walking distance to famous Parlee Beach, one of the top 10 salt water beaches in Canada!! It's few steps from the local favourites, including the Wharf, Marina and Restaurants including captain Dan's and Sand Bar offering an eating experience at the wharf overlooking amazing sunsets by the sea.

In the charming town of Shediac, it is a highly sought after tourist neighbourhood. Minutes to Parlee Beach, the Big Lobster, the Wharf and Restaurants.
