With a keyless entry, the Farmhouse styled suite is newly renovated with all new furnishings and equipment. The kitchen is fully loaded with stove, oven, convectional microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking equipment includes, pots and pans, bakeware, ovenware, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, glassware and silverware. A full size fridge with complimentary basic items, plus a hideaway full washer and dryer. The dining area seats 4. The lounge room is complete with a 55" Smart TV, a Queen size sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or children. The Kingbedroom includes; A luxury King size bed with full linens, 'USBC' connection, modern portable table lamps and tall boy in the closet. The bathroom consists of a modern level entry shower, basin, WC and all popular amenities and luxury towels. Amenities: toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, soap, shampoo, conditioner, razor blades and tissues. Guest have access to the garden and BBQ area, this is a common area, but can be booked for privacy.

The Yellow Door Suite is located 2.5km from the beach, 5.2kms from downtown centre and 1km from the popular hiking and mountain biking area at Beaver Forest Lands. A 15 minute walk will find you at the multi-sports complex where there are tennis courts, volley ball courts, squash and pickle ball courts, a competition grade disc golf course, splash park, plus multi fields for other activities. The nearest shopping centre is 1km away. Campbell River is known as the Salmon Capital of the World and home of the Humpback Whale. There are 2 main whale species that live in this region, the humpback and the killer (orca) whales. The Salmon fishing attracts people from around the world because of the Tyee Salmon that can weigh up to 143kg. There are over 30 fishing and whale watching tour companies in Campbell River as well as Grizzly bear tours in August and September as they come down to the rivers to feed. The area is surrounded by the Strathcona Parklands, home to over 100 lakes and waterfalls. Perfect for boating year round the Desolation Sound and Discovery Island area is visited by boaters from all over the northern hemisphere, known for it's magical mountain mirroring and calm warm waters. If you love mountain biking the area is filled with trails for beginners to the die hard down hill racers. The nearest ski mountain is Mount Washington, a 42km south bound drive off the Alpine Way.
