Apartment Alpenperle is located in beautiful Unterbäch. Equipped with three spacious double bedrooms, a spacious south-facing garden, a balcony with fantastic views and two private parking spaces. It's located directly to the skipiste. The village of Unterbäch is located at an altitude of approximately 1200 meters and is easily accessible in both summer and winter. The village has basic facilities such as a supermarket, a sports shop, a large playground, a bank and various food and beverage outlets. The village has a tourist character and there are many activities in the area in both summer and winter. Whether you are looking for a quiet or active holiday, it is all possible in and around Unterbäch! We have owned this beautiful apartment in Unterbäch since 2020. Outside of the moments when we like to enjoy our apartment ourselves, we also rent it out on a non-profit basis.
