Charming three-room apartment located on the first floor of an ideally located building, a stone's throw from Médran. Its bright living room, equipped with a TV, opens directly onto a sunny south-facing balcony, offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the mountains (decorative fireplace). There is also a pleasant dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen with four hotplates, an oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, perfect for hosting family and friends. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet complete this comfortable property. This apartment has a parking space in the garage, Wi-Fi and is pet friendly on request.
