The chalet, approximately 250 m², has been carefully restored and is designed for exclusive stays. It can accommodate up to 11 guests. The house is spread over three floors and offers generous, well-distributed spaces, ideal for both families and groups of friends. The terrace, directly connected to the kitchen, is perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, convivial moments, and relaxation surrounded by greenery. Inside, you will find spaces featuring natural materials and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by the private sauna, ideal after a day in nature or on the slopes.

Set at 1,000 meters in the heart of the Leventina Valley, the chalet is surrounded by unspoiled nature and offers year-round experiences: scenic hikes, trekking, climbing, cycling, and Nordic walking. In winter, renowned ski areas such as Cari, Airolo, Splügen, and San Bernardino are all within easy reach. Nearby highlights include the stunning Piumogna Waterfall in Faido, the picturesque waterfalls of Biasca, and the breathtaking alpine lake of Tremorgio. In summer, the charming village of Sobrio comes alive with music events, entertainment, and street food, adding a vibrant local touch to your stay. For everyday needs and local flavors, guests can visit the small village shop in Cavagnago, run by the Bertazzi family, offering regional meats, cheeses, and homemade ice cream. An excellent butcher is located in Lavorgo, while supermarkets are available in Faido. Please note that there is one small step at the entrance, which may make the property unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.
