Chalet Alpage is a stunning contemporary chalet with unbelievable views of the Swiss mountains. Accommodation in the chalet consists of 5 bedrooms (2 doubles, 3 twins) sleeping up to 10 people, each with en-suite shower rooms. All bedrooms have south facing balconies with stunning views. The chalet provides bright, spacious, contemporary living accommodation with real wood flooring, underfloor heating and large glass frontage windows, which maximise the stunning views of the Valaisan Alps. The living areas include relaxing leather sofas, a log burning fire, Flat screen TV, and free WiFi access throughout the chalet. The kitchen has a marble topped island unit, double eye level ovens with integrated microwave and grill, tall fridge freezer and a Bosch dishwasher. Situated directly off the kitchen area there is an open plan dining area. The layout is perfect for sociable cooking and entertaining and our hot tub spa can be enjoyed after a hard day on the slopes and trails. The ski room has storage for skis and a heated boot rack. Parking for 2 cars is available at the chalet door, with a convenient car port at the entrance.

Anzere is a lovely alpine village with the most fantastic views of the Alps that you will ever experience. In winter, the ski slopes offer great skiing from beginners to advanced and off-piste. The ski lift system has been renewed over the last decade and you will be impressed by the uplift facilities. The main ski lift gondola station is accessed by a free bus service which runs every 15 minutes, with the bus stop opposite only around 50m away, at the entrance road to the chalet. There are also regular bus services to Sion. Our good friends at Central Sports will kit you out with all the ski gear and ski hire equipment that you need for your ski trip. If you mention you are our guests at Chalet Alpage you will receive a discount on your ski hire. In summer, we love hiking in the alpine environment around Anzere. There are many mountain and forest trails available right from the chalet door. Anzere has 166kms of signposted trails for hikers to enjoy. For downhill cyclists and other adventurers, the lift station opens to take you to the top of the 2,300m mountain for a thrilling cycle ride down through the forest trails, or a more leisurely stroll down through one of the trails. Nearby features to visit include the Tseuzier lake with its hiking trail and waterfalls, the Cabane de Lourantz at the head of the lake, the Cabane des Audannes for access to the Wildhorn, the many 15th century Bisse walks along the vineyards. Up in the high pastures, wildlife enthusiasts will see chamois, ibex, marmots and a host of other alpine animals. Birding enthusiasts will be delighted to know Anzere also has a resident pair of Gypaete (European bearded vultures). After a hard day skiing or hiking, we have an outdoor hot tub spa. In addition, we are only a 5 minute walk from the Spa and Wellness Centre with swimming pool, spa, sauna, massage and health treatments.
