La propriété se situe dans une zone forestière protégée, à quelques minutes à pied seulement du lac de Montsalvens, où calme et nature vous attendent. De nombreux sentiers de randonnée permettent de découvrir la région, et le village ainsi que les thermes de Gruyères sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pied. The property is located in a protected forest area, only few minutes walk to the Montsalvens lake, where the calm and nature connection will await you. Many hiking trails are available to discover the region as well a short walk back to the village and the Gruyere thermal baths in case is required.
