Au coeur du village, lumineux studio de 26 m² rénové en 2023 au cœur de Gryon (1114 m), face au Muveran. À 3 min des commerces, restaurants et transports. Idéal pour ski à Gryon-Villars-Les Diablerets et Glacier 3000, randonnée et vélo. À 200 m de la gare, accessible depuis Lausanne (1h20) ou Genève (2h). Parking gratuit. Lit Queen size, fauteuil-lit, salle de bain séparée avec douche. Cuisine équipée (fondue, raclette, Nespresso). Local pour équipements sportifs disponible. Arrivée autonome possible.
Je serais très heureux de conseiller nos locataires pour profiter au maximum de leur séjour été comme hiver.
Tout est sur place. On peut tout faire en transports communs. Mais nous sommes aussi a 1 heure seulement de Chamonix ou de Verbier en voiture.
