This renovated traditional raccard can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a mezzanine equipped with a queen-size bed. The ceiling height of the second bedroom varies between 60-130 cm. Welcome to this charming renovated raccard of 65m2 On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with many windows and a Velux, a convivial dining area for up to 6 people, as well as a very well equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, various utensils) and a lounge area with sofa and Smart TV. The master bedroom is located inside the original raccard, with a large king-size bed (180 cm) and finishes in wood and period stones. A modern bathroom completes this level, equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, toiletries (shower gel and shampoo) and a heated clothes rack. Upstairs, a mezzanine accommodates a queen-size bed (160 cm), making it an ideal space for large children or young adults. Access is via a steep staircase, which is not suitable for young children. A magnificent private garden with dining area is at your disposal For your comfort, the accommodation also includes a ski room with boot dryer and two pairs of snowshoes (adults), as well as two private parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Please note that no laundry room is available for this apartment. There are no additional costs to be expected apart from the tourist taxes, which will be payable after finalization of the reservation. The tourist tax, levied by Swiss municipalities, is applicable to all stays on Swiss territory. It contributes to the financing of cultural, tourist and sports infrastructures that enrich your stay. The nearest bus stop "Centre de Morthey" is just a 4-minute walk from the apartment, located behind the restaurant Le Vieux Valais. If you arrive by car, two parking spaces are available right next to the house. Please park parallel along the left side of the rocks. Please note that there are construction sites and construction work in the surrounding area until the end of the year.
