New: large two floors apartment in a winegrower's house with character overlooking the lake and the mountains located in an ideal and strategic location near the Jazz Festival, Montreux and in the heart of the Vaud Riviera. It is composed as follows: 3 bedrooms (view of the lake and the mountains); a kitchen open to a large living room with two sofa beds (view of the lake); two bathrooms and a large covered terrace (view of lake and mountains).

Neighborhood info

Access to the Montreux Jazz festival from the apartment: 4 min. by bus from the Montreux Jazz Festival. The bus stop is 70 m away. from the apartment and buses run until 4:00 a.m. on weekdays and 4:30 a.m. on weekends. It is also possible to walk in 15 min. passing by the magnificent lakeside quays. Access to the apartment by public transport and on foot: 4 min. on foot (350 m.) and 1.5 min. by bus from Clarens station and 8 min. by bus from the center and the train station of Montreux. Access to the apartment by car: 5 min. from the “Montreux” motorway exit (motorways coming from Geneva, Bern and Sion) and parking space available free of charge 24 hours a day.
