Our spacious apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a well-kept private house and offers plenty of space, light and a pleasant living atmosphere. It is lovingly furnished and ideal for families or groups who value peace and comfort. Equipment: • closed, well-equipped kitchen • open living and dining area with direct access to the sunny seating area • three cozy bedrooms • two bathrooms with shower, toilet and washbasin, one of them with washing machine Please note: The 4th Bedroom for person 9 and 10 is located in a separate garden-Tiny outside the apartment. It does not have its own bathroom; the bathrooms of the main apartment are used. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be prepared in the living room of the main apartment on request. Please let us know your preferred option before arrival. The accommodation is run as a holiday apartment with a personal atmosphere. There is no reception, no daily cleaning service and no room service - but plenty of privacy and peace. We ask our guests to handle the equipment with care and to use energy consciously (e.g. turn off the light and appliances in case of absence). The apartment is family friendly. Parents are responsible for their children to keep furnishings and inventory in good condition. Night rest: 22:00–08:00. Deposit: Upon arrival, a deposit of CHF 300.- must be paid in cash. This will be fully refunded on the day of departure after proper handover.

We live in the house, so I can quickly help guests with questions, concerns or problems. Communication will take place exclusively via the Booking message channel.

Getting around the accommodation The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop. A bus leaves every 10 minutes for Thun train station (journey time: 16 minutes), which makes traveling by public transport particularly convenient.
