This carefully renovated 4-star hotel next to the Japanese Gardens dates back to the 14th century. The rooms at Hotel Interlaken offer free wired and wireless internet access, cable TV, a safe, and a work desk. The Taverne restaurant on the ground floor serves a modern Swiss cuisine and is open daily for dinner. A hot and cold buffet breakfast can be enjoyed every morning.

Renovation Information (2026) Please note that renovation works will take place in spring 2026.

The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise. The reception area will be renovated from October until December 2026.

The entrance will be clearly signposted during this time.

From then onwards, the hotel will operate with self check-in.

The lobby bar will be open during the daytime, and staff will be available to assist guests if needed.

Parking

A limited number of free parking spaces is available on site. Reservation is not possible.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 am to 10:30 am.
