The Hotel Krafft Basel and restaurant can be found in the heart of the city, right on the bank of the Rhine river with its Mediterranean-style promenade. Laptops with wireless internet access and printers are available for free. The view of the historical scenery on the other side of the river is breathtaking - be it from the restaurant or the terrace overlooking the lively river promenade. You will get the mobility ticket for free use of all public transport in town during your stay. The Krafft is a classical building with a famous past. For example Hermann Hesse used to stay here writing most of its well-known novel “Der Steppenwolf”. Your hotel booking confirmation is also the ticket for the public transfer from the airport or train station to the hotel.
