Nestled at 1600m, Le Grenier is a timeless retreat. Under its wooden attic, steeped in memories, you settle in like a secret hideaway, wrapped in warmth and softness. From the balcony, the view opens onto the peaks, while at the foot of the chalet lie the slopes and trails. Here, every moment invites you to slow down, breathe, and live in the present. Accommodating up to four people, the apartment features two bedrooms with large single beds. The living area, open to the equipped kitchen and extended by a balcony offering an inspiring panorama. A functional shower room and an entrance complete this cocoon designed for a peaceful stay. It’s time to disconnect: no wifi here, only nature captures your attention.
ALTYPIC was born out of a love for the Swiss mayens, a passion for the mountains, and a desire to share an authentic lifestyle. Restoring, preserving, welcoming; that is our mission. My name is Jessica, founder of ALTYPIC. In 2021, during a time of upheaval related to the health crisis, I found myself forced to give up my language travel project. Rather than seeing it as an end, I chose to find a new beginning in it. A lover of the mountains and the local heritage, I then felt the need to share my simple pleasures in life: being up high, in the heart of nature, in a typical Swiss place. From this desire, ALTYPIC was born, a project that combines hospitality, comfort, and authenticity.
In the heart of nature, tranquility reigns supreme around the chalet. In winter, the Bruson ski slopes are accessible right from the chalet, and snowshoe trails offer beautiful walks through snowy forests. In summer, the hiking paths wind through the alpine meadows, offering breathtaking views of the iconic peaks of the Val de Bagnes at every turn. The village of Bruson is just a ten-minute drive away.
