Sunny, quiet and cozy apartment in Langwies close to the skiing resort Arosa-Lenzerheide with a large sunny south-west balcony (20sqm) and stunning views of Schanfigg valley, the surrounding mountains and the viaduct of Langwies. The apartment is not modern but very cozy and comfortable with various antique furnitures and well equipped kitchen. - 2 full bedrooms (1 x 20sqm with double bed, 1x 9sqm with two single beds) - 1 bathroom - 1 large bright living room with comfortable sofa and fireplace - 1 sizeable kitchen connected to the living room (extensive equipment incl. dishwasher) - TV with Swiss, Austrian and German television / radio - Free WLAN - Laundry and dryer in the basement - Bed linen is available on request (see house rules) - Please bring towels - 1 free parking lot directly in front of the house

Our family regularly uses the apartment over Christmas time and for skiing and hiking during summer and winter times. We wish to share the great times we enjoy there with our guests and hope they feel as well as we do.

Langwies is a good starting point for sport activities during summer and winter times or if you simply want to have a relaxing time. During winter you can easily reach the ski-resorts of Arosa-Lenzerheide and Hochwang by car or train. The apartment is in only a 100m distance to the Langwies train station. Trains run every hour to Arosa (20min travel time) and arrive directly at the ski-lift. The train journey is included in the ski-ticket of Arosa-Lenzerheide during winter times and in the Arosa-Card during summer. Otherwise round-trips cost CHF 10.40 per person. Langwies also offers great opportunities for winter hiking and sledging. It is surrounded by several cozy mountain restaurants (Heimeli, Pirigen, Strassberg, Casanna) which can be reached during winter times within a 1-2 hours hiking distance. They offer sleights during winter times which can be used for a joyful 20min ride back to the apartment after a nice lunch or dinner. During summer times the mountain restaurants and old Walser villages of the Schanfigg valley offer nice opportunities for hiking and biking complemented by golf, tennis, swimming and other activities in Arosa or shopping in Chur.
