I was born and raised in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. I graduated in Zurich (German-speaking Switzerland) and lived there for about 13 years. From 2010 to 2015, I lived and worked in China, first in Beijing, then in Shanghai. My wife Pipin is from Java in Indonesia. We have two cute and curious kids, Arthur who is 8 and Fiona who is 5 years old now. After living in Asia for a long time, we have settled in a house in Ostermundigen, on the outskirts of Bern. I do a lot of yoga and photography in my leisure time, besides other sports. I also write short stories. I love good food, cheese and wine. But I guess my kids eat most of my free time at the moment! I have done a lot of backpacker travelling, one big trip around South America and a trip around the world.
