Please note that the property does not have a reception. Upon booking, you will receive an automatic message with instructions on how to collect the keys.

Pets are allowed only upon request and must never be left unattended.

To avoid any inconvenience within the premises, the property reserves the right to select its guests. We do not allow stays in cases of: prostitution, illegal activities, any kind of parties, smoking indoors, excessive noise, disrespectful behavior towards staff, failure to sort waste, damage caused by pets, or any previously reported inappropriate behavior for the reasons mentioned above.

Please be aware that by making a reservation, you agree to all the conditions, which constitute a rental agreement between you and the property. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in eviction, or your reservation will not be honored and the booking amount will be nonrefundable.

Please inform Studio Blackbird of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 11:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of CHF 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
