Built in 1873 as a girls' boarding school, the charming Hotel Garni Villa Carmen in La Neuveville at Lake Biel offers an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and a tennis court (surcharge). The recently renovated Villa Carmen is located amid large gardens, a few minutes' walk from the shore of Lake Biel, the La Neuveville Train station and the center, where you can find some nice bistros. Rooms are spacious and have an private bathroom or shared facilities. Some offer lake views and a balcony.
