Welcome — I’m truly delighted that you are considering staying with us. My name is Anna, and I have been working in hospitality for over 15 years. My journey has taken me across the world, including time in Qatar, and I completed my postgraduate studies in Hospitality and Tourism in Singapore. I’ve brought this international experience and passion back to our boutique hotel here in the heart of the Swiss Alps, where I focus on creating warm, personal, and memorable stays for every group. In our small and special place, my role is very hands-on — and that’s exactly what makes it unique. You might find me welcoming you at reception, helping plan your stay, serving breakfast, or coordinating every detail behind the scenes as hotel manager. For me, hospitality is about genuine care, attention, and making people feel truly at home. Outside of the hotel, I am part of the local community — I sing in the church choir and am a member of a traditional Trachtentanz (folk dance) group. Especially in summer, our village comes alive with music festivals and local celebrations, which I love sharing with our guests as part of the authentic Alpine experience. We are a small, dedicated team of two, and we personally look after every stay. Together with Felipe, our trusted driver, porter, and house master, we ensure everything runs smoothly. He will take great care of your group — from shuttle services to the cable cars, to local shopping trips and anything else you may need during your stay.
