The "Why not" establishment is located 4 km from the city center of Sion (Salins) in a privileged, quiet environment with a completely unobstructed view of the Rhône plain and Sion. This very well maintained villa houses two apartments. The "Why not" apartment was completely renovated and equipped in December 2021 to offer you the best services, all in a cozy, neat and modern style. This accommodation offers a shared entrance with the upper apartment, a new fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with box-spring bedding and a bathroom with WC. Attention no living room! In summer, a beautiful private terrace to enjoy the Valais sun. You also benefit from a parking space. The apartment is fully designed to welcome you: Bed and bath linen are provided as well as all the basic products necessary for your stay. Wifi and TV. Nespresso. Please note, our animal friends are not accepted in this property. Please note: there is currently construction work in the vicinity and may occasionally cause noise during the week.
