A comfortable and functional apartment located on the first floor of the building. It features a cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. It includes a master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom furnished with a single bed and a bunk bed. The apartment also includes electric heaters, a washing machine, and a small balcony, offering a practical and comfortable space for a pleasant stay.
I love being able to offer a clean, peaceful space where people can feel safe and comfortable while visiting the beautiful city of Valdivia
A quiet and safe residential neighborhood. The gated community, which has 24-hour security, is also located near a bus stop, so public transportation to downtown is frequent and reliable.
