Brand-new boutique studio in the heart of Punta Arenas! Next Door is an elegant, comfortable, and peaceful space, thoughtfully designed to offer a warm and functional stay. Its prime central location allows you to explore the city on foot, with easy access to the main square (Plaza de Armas), the Municipal Cemetery, the traditional Kiosko Roca, the Strait of Magellan, as well as cafés, restaurants, and museums. The 30 m² studio is ideal for up to two guests and blends contemporary design, warmth, and practicality. It features a king-size bed, Smart TV with streaming access, an open closet, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with electric cooktop and oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware. As a courtesy, we provide coffee, tea, herbal infusions, sugar, sweetener, oil, salt, and basic seasonings. For longer stays or light travelers, the studio includes a washer-dryer. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with rain column and glass door, quality amenities, and a complimentary set with tissues, cotton pads, cotton swabs, a small sewing kit, and a basic first-aid kit. The entire space is fully heated with a регулируable system, warm lighting, and minimalist décor, ensuring comfort in any season. The studio has a completely private entrance and a custom-designed privacy screen that guarantees peace and discretion. We are local hosts and live right next door—hence the name of the studio—so you can enjoy full independence while knowing support is always close by. This way, we combine privacy and autonomy with the reassurance of having a host just steps away to answer questions, offer assistance, or share local tips whenever you need them.
