I'm Guido and with my wife Francisca we have been dreaming for some years of creating a space for the contemplation of natural spaces, accessible to the community, which is useful as a place to pause and learn. Today, Parque Tronadores opens its doors to visitors providing fully equipped vacation homes, with the aim of continuing to create zones of environmental protection, recreation, and education. Where they will be cared for by their own owners.

Casa Puente is spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Its name is due to its unique interior suspension bridge that connects its spaces in a unique way. It has a spectacular panoramic view of the Chiloé archipelago and the Andes Mountains. Fully equipped for an unforgettable experience with your family and/or friends. Its 180 m2 and special distribution make it perfect for groups from 4 to 12 guests (+2). It has 5 rooms: 2 double rooms with private bathroom, 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single trundle beds (for 4 people), 1 living room with Smart TV and 2 futons + 2 futons in the living room; 3 full bathrooms, living-dining room with pellet stove heating, fully equipped American kitchen, semi-covered terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue. Private parking. Casa Puente includes bedding in all its rooms, shower and hand towels for all guests, pellets for the stove, dish towels, toilet paper, napkins, kitchen absorbent paper (nova type), soap in bathrooms, sponge for crockery, multipurpose sponge and dishwasher; you only have to bring your favorite foods to make Casa Puente your home. In addition, Casa Puente has a hot tub, which you can use for an additional cost. Important: to make use of the hot tub, you must reserve it at least 5 hours in advance, the time it takes for the hot tub to have the perfect temperature for your maximum enjoyment. Casa Puente is located at the entrance to Parque Tronadores, where you can enjoy trails, bridges and viewpoints just ten minutes from the Plaza de Armas in the city of Castro. Casa Puente offers you disconnection in nature but also has free Wi-Fi that you can use whenever you want. You choose!

Parque Tronadores is located 2.5 km from the southern urban limit of the city of Castro, in the Llicaldad sector. It is a small Nature Reserve with a hiking circuit, bird watching and research on endemic species. It has an area of 4 hectares, which includes the Santa Laura River basin, and a portion of the Piuchén Mountain Range that you can enjoy throughout your stay.
