Our Hotel was created to receive our visitors under the premise of "better than at Home", we look for a place to feel at ease, with the serenity of the countryside and the proximity of the city. We think of our vacationers, who will have a place to disconnect from the noise of the city and also our business travelers who look to avoid the tediums of traditional hotels. Our name, South Landing, is what we wanted to highlight with respect to the location of our Hotel, understanding it as "the South Stop". We are in the middle of the road from Santiago to Puerto Montt, and from East to West we are located in the central valley of Chile which implies that we are only 90 minutes from the coast and the mountains, so it makes us a strategic stop if touring the south of Chile is the idea. Within the city we are located just 15 minutes from downtown and with a great connection to Avenida las Industrias (avenue that connects the city from north to south). Making our location privileged to tour the city without problems.
