Stay on the mountain top next to the legendary Simatai Great Wall.Our property offers an exclusive hiking trail leading you to the iconic Great Wall Tower A taste of home at the foot of the Great Wall — fresh coffee, a hearty Western breakfast, and familiar drinks in a warm, welcoming setting. Chinese family meals, set meals for two, and pasta dishes are also available.

We are located on a peaceful hilltop at the foot of East Simatai Great Wall.During your stay, I’m happy to share hiking suggestions, local travel tips, and help plan your route. As the property is about 15–30 minutes by car from Gubeikou Railway Station and Gubei Water Town, transportation can be arranged for a basic fee of RMB 50 per trip.

From here, you can enjoy four different Great Wall experiences: Simatai’s stunning night views, Jinshanling’s spectacular daytime scenery, the famous 5-hour hike from Gubeikou to Jinshanling, and a hidden trail behind our property leading to a remote section of the Great Wall east of Simatai, with breathtaking views that most visitors never get to see.
