About Your Host Meimei Welcome to Interlude Inn (Shejianxu Designer Art Homestay). I’m a local Fenghuang host with a deep love for art and local Miao culture. This is my own home, not a cold commercial hotel. I often bake homemade cookies and make dumplings in my free time, all guests are welcome to join me to make food together and taste genuine home meals. I’m familiar with every hidden corner of the ancient town. I will share exclusive local travel tips with all guests, including secret photo spots, quiet crowd-free walking routes and authentic local restaurants favored by townsfolk. Art lovers can chat with me about hand-painted artworks, handmade ceramics and batik craft. Local artists often gather in our lounge, you are free to join our casual communication. I will tailor travel suggestions according to your travel rhythm, suitable for quiet travelers, art lovers and family visitors.

We are a family-run designer art homestay in a quiet alley in the heart of Fenghuang Ancient Town — central yet peaceful. Our host, a Xiangxi native, personally takes care of every guest.
