Traditional and iconic residential condominium in the heart of the residential area of Santa Bárbara and diagonal from the Unicentro Shopping Center, it has spacious common areas and is surrounded by gardens and interior squares. It offers internal services such as restaurant, café, bar and gymnasium, and has quick access to the northern highway, the main road that connects Bogotá with the surrounding municipalities of Chía, Cajicá and Zipaquirá. From here you can also access the Reina Sofía, Cafam, Colsubsidio and La Carolina clinics, El Country Park and the Bogotá Country Club. The flats have one and two bedrooms and are equipped with fully equipped kitchens, spacious social areas, Wi-Fi, international TV and safety deposit box. Some rates include American breakfast. Free parking subject to availability. Cleaning service from Monday to Saturday (Sundays and holidays not included). Pets are allowed with an additional cost per night. We do not have reception service from 3:00 am to 6:00 am.
