Finca La Manchuria was built in 1915, completely restored according to architectural traditions in 2019 and offers comfort and luxury. The Finca has an outdoor pool of spring water, a deck with an incredible view of the mountains, pines and our coffee plantation. A bar, a grill, 2 dining rooms, and several chill-out areas. The 7 rooms are comfortable and furnished with taste. A restaurant and a Café-Bar offer delicious dishes, coffees and cocktails. We can accommodate up to 27 people.
I am French, my husband is Colombian, we have always lived outside Colombia. In 2008, when peace and security returned in this region, we returned to these lands that belonged to my husband's family. We planted trees with a reforestation project and in 2011 we started to build the road, we first built Finca el Diamante in 2015, and we just renovated FINCA LA MANCHURIA in 2019. We want to retire in this spectacular place and meanwhile promoting this coffee area of ​​Antioquia with its spectacular landscapes and its special people, as well as contributing to the development of the region!
Finca La Manchuria is located in the coffee region, in Salgar Antioquia, only 2H30 from Medellín, on a property of 160 hectares of pine trees, coffee and native forests. If you are looking for tranquility, nature and adventure, your experience at Finca La Manchuria will be unforgettable! We invite you to discover a unique experience at Finca el Diamante, also on our property! You will be able to enjoy the following activities: Eco walks, Coffee Tour, Jeep rides, horseback riding up the Andes cordillera to discover wonderful landscapes and excursions in the typical towns of southwest Antioquia such as Jardín and Jericó
