The Chalet Casa de Teja is a spacious and comfortable country house surrounded by gardens and beautiful landscapes, located within a private nature reserve and a rural setting with mountain trails, orchards, grazing areas, native forests, and streams. It’s an ideal place to connect with nature, breathe fresh air, and experience the natural life of the countryside.

The entire house is available for rent, with a minimum reservation of 2 guests. It features a large living room with a fireplace and grill, a family room with one double bed and four single beds, two shared bathrooms, two cozy rooms with double beds and private bathrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, terraces, gardens, Wi-Fi, parking, and a small soccer or volleyball field.

We are located 4.3 mi from the urban center of Tinjacá, 6.8 mi from Ráquira, and 16 mi from Villa de Leyva. We recommend high-clearance or 4x4 vehicles, as we are in the mountains and accessible via an unpaved road.

We practice sustainable tourism. Upon request, we offer guided walks and hikes through our native oak forests, streams, and waterfalls to discover local biodiversity, talks about the history and culture of the region, workshops on earthen architecture, agroecology, basket weaving, and spinning, as well as visits to local farms.
