“Minors with Colombian nationality, who stay without one of their parents or legal representative, must present notarized authorization from their parents with identification number, name, signature and copy of the civil registry or adoption ruling. Without this, entry is not permitted and penalties apply.
Only one adult can enter with a minor.
Foreign minors without one of their parents or legal representative need written authorization from their parents, signed and apostilled before the immigration authority of the country of origin, addressed to Colombia, with identity data of the minor and parents.”
