Foreign guests and Colombians residing outside the country are exempt from paying 19% VAT when contracting a tourist package (accommodation and services). Only guests with Permit to Enter and Stay PIP 3, PIP 5, PIP 6 and PIP 10 or temporary tourist visa TP 7, TP 11 or TP 12 are exempt from paying VAT (Value Added Tax) during the stay.

As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival.

This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.

The hotel charges USD 2,50 of insurance per person per night and this fee is not included in the room rate.

Please note that this is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in the rooms or public areas incurs a USD 70,00 fine.
