The house is located in the neighbourhood of Lazy Hill, also known as San Felipe (kilometer 4 of the highway), built into a bluff overlooking the ocean. When you arrive, a stone path and staircase winds through gardens and fruit trees, leading you up to the house. You will be conveniently located only 1 km from Almond Bay beach and 1 km from the amenities, restaurants and beach of Agua Dulce. The house has two levels, both of which are fully independent and separated. Your host, Mc Dornic will remain on the first floor while guests have access to the second floor. The second floor of the house consists of a kitchen, dining room, indoor living area with hammocks, bathroom and a two-level sleeping area. The upper level of the bedroom has a double bed with a perfect view of the surrounding area; the Carribean sea of seven colours, a large cotton tree, mountains and the river, while the bottom floor has additional single bed for extra guests. Finally, the second floor has a spectacular 30m2 patio with an ocean view, perfect for watching sunsets and enjoying drinks at the end of the day.

Mc Dornic also goes by the name of Cuill in Providencia, and has lived his whole life on the island. He speaks English, Spanish and Creole. He is very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the Providencia and is happy to provide the best recommendations and contacts for activities and amenities. Details on scooter/golf cart rentals, boat tours, hiking tours, horseback riding, and more will be at your disposal. There is also free private parking available for guests who decide to rent a scooter or golf cart during their time on the island.

Lazy Hill (San Felipe) neighbourhood is located on the west coast of the island and is therefore ideal for sunsets, and is a place where local musicians often get together to play and dance - all are welcome to join! Nearby sites: Freshwater Bay (Agua Dulce) is located 1 km south of the house and has several restaurants, a supermarket, scuba diving shops and a beautiful quiet beach. South West Bay (Suroeste) is located 2 km south, and is the largest beach on the island. Here you will find delicious restaurants along the beach and can watch horse races every Saturday morning. Almond Bay is located 1 km north of the house and is a small, calm beach, perfect for relaxing. Downtown (Santa Isabel) and the island of Santa Catalina are located 4 km north, where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, spectacular walking paths along the ocean, and incredible spots for snorkeling.
