Our project is called Casa Nocodesa, a name that blends the names of our four children: Noah, Colette, Derek, and Samuel. They are the heart and soul of Casa Nocodesa and the main inspiration behind all our projects. Every corner of this place is infused with the love and joy they bring into our lives.

We are Vincent and Tatiana, the proud owners of Casa Nocodesa. Vincent, originally from Germany, and Tatiana, born in Costa Rica, may have started thousands of kilometers apart, but we came together to form an incredible team. Vincent brings the logical, mathematical, and critical thinking skills, while Tatiana contributes the creative vision. Together, we complement each other perfectly. Casa Nocodesa is our life project and our first venture into real estate. We’ve poured love and dedication into every corner of this place, creating a space that feels like home.
