Enjoy bird watching and the roar of howler monkeys from a private balcony while taking in the sunrise over the steam draped valley and Golfo Dulce below. Take advantage of our 120 acre private nature preserve, hiking our maintained rainforest trails, or cooling off in pools below our various private waterfalls. Unwind with a hot bath in the cool evening air while listening to the jungle. Elegant, private and peaceful, our rainforest villa will be a highlight of any trip to the Osa Peninsula.
Originally from Canada, we moved to Costa Rica in 2018 to live our dream. We started with our original property purchase of about 20 acres, built a road, a power system, a water system, our main house, shop and now our first luxury rental. We have also been working to protect this beautiful area surrounding our property and now have our own private reserve of over 120 acres.
Very private jungle nature reserve. Rental car is recommended as we are about 10 km to town. All wheel drive is handy in Costa Rica and a SUV is recommended for clearance, although generally from December until April a 2 wheel car drive will be ok. A well maintained gravel road leads all the way to the property although it is not shown on any map yet. There is a clear sign at the base of the access road.
