Payment upon arrival is not possible for late check-ins (after 21.00), which are carried out by our trusted taxi drivers.

Our drivers can only do these check-ins when the full rental and tourist tax amount is on our Bank, Paypal or Stripe account, 2 days before arrival.

The air conditioners in our apartments are equipped with timers that guests can operate. Sal and Boa Vista are small islands in the Atlantic Ocean that try hard to meet European standards which is not always possible. Occasionally, there may be temporary interruptions in the electricity, water, or internet supply. Shopping opportunities are limited, so the availability of certain items cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that, before booking, you do some research to match your expectations with the reality of our beautiful islands. Our apartments are strictly non-smoking both inside as well as on the terrace. Smoking is only allowed in the outside communal areas
