The apartment is located 100 meters from the ocean on the top floor on the central walking street in Santa Maria, there are many bars and restaurants nearby. However, the windows face the other side, so the noise of the restaurants does not interfere with sleep. The apartment has a large balcony, a spacious kitchen, 2 toilets, a new air conditioner and a water heater.
