Recently fully refurnished 1 bedroom partment, bright and comfortable with all the comfort. Located in a residence with beautiful gardens and 24H security. You will reach the beach just crossing the street in front. With a nice walk of 5 minutes you will get to the main pedestrian street of the village, where there are shops, bars, restaurants, clubs etc. You can enjoy the sunny Cape Verdean weather from the lovely balcony.

The apartment is located in the most touristic part of the island, the best beach is just crossing the street, and the main pedestrian street is only 5 minutes walking. The surrounding area is quite and safe, with restaurants, bars and shops. Everything is walking distance. As an alternative taxis are available at a reasonable price
