I would like to introduce myself to you; I am Michaela and together with my partner Hans we have had this unique villa built with great pride. We wanted a villa where you can stay with several people but still have your own privacy. We are regularly found on the island and wanted to create a "home away from home" with this villa. All ingredients are present to enjoy this peaceful house. We want to work as environmentally friendly as possible. Waste of energy does not suit a beautiful island like Curaçao. The rental price is therefore exclusive of water and electricity. Consumption of water and electricity will be deducted from your deposit. We record the positions with you when you check in

This beautiful 70m² apartment is part of a tropical mini resort located in the popular luxury villa district Vista Royal. The mini resort is unique in design with sufficient privacy at each individual accommodation and is also suitable for larger groups, if the apartment is rented in combination with the adjacent apartment and upstairs Penthouse. The large (magnesium)swimming pool and spacious tropical garden including outside shower are both for shared use. Around the pool is a large sun terrace with plenty of sun beds, hammock chairs and two large palapas to enjoy the sun or cool down in the shade comfortably. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for max. 4 people. There are two double bedrooms with airconditioning, which are sharing a spacious bathroom, a nicely decorated living room and a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, microwave, toaster, blender and Nespresso Coffee-machine). a large sliding door to a private covered porch. Here you can also enjoy the view of the swimming pool.

In Jan Thiel you will find many facilities, such as the famous beach clubs, restaurants and the beautiful sandy beach called; Jan Thiel Beach.
