Brand new modern built 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, with scenic view of Hill, Sea and woods. It comes fully furnished with new amenities. AC in both living spaces. Free high speed internet (200mbps+) and fully stacked TV content. Property, is actually located almost in the middle of the Island. Close to the nicest beaches such as Porto Marie, Casa Abou, Daibooi, Playa hunku. Guests have their own yard space with outdoor seating area under a Sun Sail. If you need to go to the grocery store, this one in walking distance that is open until 9:30PM.
My Wife and I enjoy providing living spaces that guests can enjoy. As travelers ourselves, we know what we look for when going on vacation or a business trip, hence we aim to provide the same experience for our guests. We are both in the mid 40s very energetic and always available if necessary.
Very quiet neighborhood. At the moment only 2 other residents in the area besides ourselves on the 1st floor. Your stay with us will be a mix of modern and exposure to more nature, as we are surrounded by it. You will end up seeing the local bird of prey, wild pig, goats, iguanas, and variety of birds in our area.
