Property info

Your luxurious modern styled ground floor apartment can host up to 4 guests and measures 100 m2. It offers a spacious living room with an open kitchen which seamlessly blends the indoor and outdoor space. This apartment has two bedrooms with a/c and each a private bathroom. Your porch offers a comfortable seating and dining area where you can enjoy the cool breeze of the ever present Curacao trade winds and a relaxing view of the gardens. Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly. A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.

The Jan Sofat area is centrally located to the east of Willemstad. Jan Sofat is surrounded by the Spanish water which brings a wonderful breeze throughout the resort. Jan Sofat is unique because of its own harbor. In the vicinity of Jan Sofat you will find many amenities as restaurants, mini malls, health centers and petrol stations. Famous beaches such as Caracas Bay and Jan Thiel Beach are within an easy reach of 10 minutes drive. Sea Aquarium Boulevard with its popular Cabana Beach and Bonita Beach club is also about 10 minutes drive. Downtown Willemstad is about 20 minutes away. We strongly recommend all our guests to rent a car during their stay at Curacao to make the best of their holiday. It will be our pleasure to recommend one of our preferred car rental companies. Parking is for free and with the gated area of Jan Sofat LUX.
