Welcome to Casa James, a brand-new and stylish penthouse at the exclusive Park Elisabeth, within walking distance of the vibrant Mambo Beach. Here, you can enjoy the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and relaxation, with views over the Caribbean Sea. The penthouse is located on the second floor and has a generous area of 190 m² – 155 m² of living space and a spacious balcony that surrounds the penthouse on two sides. Both indoors and outdoors, you will experience the ultimate holiday feeling here. Relax on the partially covered balcony or soak up the sun on one of the loungers. Fancy a dip? The complex’s shared swimming pool is nearby, providing refreshment whenever you like. Inside, you’ll find a modern open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for extensive cooking. The spacious living room with large windows brings in plenty of light and creates a relaxed atmosphere. Casa James has three bedrooms for a total of six guests, including a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. There are two luxurious bathrooms in total, both with walk-in showers. The penthouse is equipped with all modern amenities, such as air conditioning (including in the living room), washing machine and dryer, and two parking spaces. Good to know: The resort is currently in its final phase of completion. As a result, minor construction work may still take place. The elevator is expected to be operational within the next few months.
