This comfortable, clean and cozy apartment has a modern decor, full air conditioning, plenty of natural light and breeze offers 1 Dining area, 1 Seating area, 1 Bedroom with flat screen TV and walk in closet, 1 Private bathroom and shower, 2 Balcony and a Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, cookware and utilities. The Apartment amenities are: • Netflix • Free WIFI internet • cleaning linen and towels • iron & ironing board • full climate control • save box • Hair dryer (on request) • Phone (on request use Telin calling card has to be paid separate) • Free Parking on premises A deposit fee, cleanings fee and 7% tourist tax must be paid. When checking in and check-out, makes sure to take a picture of the Electra box in the living room near the curtains, and send those pictures to WhatsApp of the host. Our guest receives 12 KHW electricity per nights as a complementary gift for their daily use. That is enough for 8 hours p/d air conditioning in the bedroom other use of A/C has to be paid separate Sun Valley is located: • 5 min drive from Burger King, • 7 min drive from the shopping center, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and the Roman Catholic Church, • 15 min from Curacao International Airport • 20 min from Mambo Beach and Willemstad We recommend you to rent a car.
Sun Valley is conveniently and centrally located on the island. The Apartment is situated in the middle part of the island, about 11 minutes from Hato International Airport and The Hato Caves. It is located in a quiet & popular residential area near Sun Set Heights. Within a 20 minute drive away in downtown Willemstad or Queen Emma Bridge within 15 to 24 minutes from the nearest beaches (Seaquarium Beach, La Cabana Beach, Kokomo Beach, Pirate Bay and trendy Jan Thiel Beach or Mambo Beach). 7 minutes to Bonbini Supermarket or Mangusa Supermarket, 3 minutes to Burger King or The Sun Bakery and 5 minutes to Botica Novo Pharmacy & ATM Machine.
