A warm welcome to Villa CuraSol. This modern holiday villa is located in a true A-location in the popular Jan Thiel area. Its prime location, stylish interior, and warm hospitality create an immediate feeling of coming home. And where better to experience that than in this “home away from home,” with everything within easy reach? The villa features a spacious living area with high ceilings, a comfortable corner sofa by Roolf, and a fully equipped kitchen with a combi oven, American-style fridge, and stovetop. Perfect for preparing your own meals during your stay. You can dine indoors at the round dining table or outside at the garden table while enjoying a refreshing Caribbean breeze. For barbecue lovers, there is also a large Weber BBQ available. The villa offers three double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200 cm). For younger guests, a baby cot can be provided if needed. All bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a toilet. There is plenty of storage space for clothing and personal items. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival. For stays of 10 nights or more, we charge a mandatory interim cleaning fee. For stays of 8 or 9 nights, additional towels can be provided at a small surcharge. The entire property is fenced for your privacy. The outdoor area features a wooden deck with luxurious sun loungers and seating by Roolf, a dining area with chairs, and a wooden cabana—perfect for an afternoon siesta. And of course, don’t forget the fantastic private swimming pool with built-in steps, surrounded bij lush palmtrees.

What makes this accommodation truly special is its location: just a 1-minute walk to the well-known supermarket, gym and within 3 minutes you’ll find yourself at Jan Thiel Beach, with its beachclubs, restaurants, bars, shops, and of course the famous happy hours. Vista Royal is the most luxurious neighborhood of Jan Thiel. Due to its popularity and the climate (people sometimes say “the tropics wear things down here”), properties are regularly rebuilt or renovated.
