Оборудована ЖК-ТВ, Wi-Fi интернет. Небьющееся стекло «триплекс» на веранде. Внутренние лестницы из высококачественного белого мрамора. Мраморные и деревянные полы в комнатах. Наружные двери, внутренние двери и дверные рамы сделаны из древесины твердых пород (ирокко). Система отопления/охлаждения воздуха с вариаторным регулированием. Рабочая поверхность и облицовка на кухне из зелёного мрамора Тиной, встроенная кухонная техника. Гардеробные. Мраморные столешницы и панели над раковинами в ванных комнатах. Гостевой туалет. Двойное остекление MU3000 PLUS. Ставни. Веранды и наружные лестницы вымощены натуральным камнем каристо. Частный бассейн, облицованный мозаичной плиткой, с переливом. Крытая парковка.
