Top Properties flagship complex is Artemis Cynthia Complex located in the Universal Area of Kato Paphos. The project was recently completed in the last few years and comprises of 108 apartments with a selection of one and two bedroom apartments plus some penthouses. Artemis Cynthia Complex is ideally located close to shops, supermarkets, banks and other amenities all within walking distance, plus the nearest beach is only a 10 minute walk away – so no need for a car. The complex offers four full size swimming pools, one children’s swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium, lift in each block and garden areas planted with native species. We have a full-time maintenance team at the complex responsible for the general cleanliness and maintenance of the swimming pools, gymnasium and communal areas.

Artemis Cynthias guests enjoy close proximity to the finest locations and attractions of the island, such as Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park and just five minutes drive to the old city centre.
