A tranquil villa perfect for up to 6 people. The property is set in well maintained grounds and constructed in beautiful stone and wood designs, as well as being located in a bespoke area of Tala, Paphos.

The essence of the villa is to offer privacy in an enjoyable and relaxing environment, whether you are inside in the winter sitting comfily by the open fireplace or soaking up the sunshine in the excellent garden areas. The Kamares area of Tala is elevated and the villa is located at approx 350 Mts above sea level, not only will you have great views but you will enjoy the benefit of cool breezes and pleasant evening temperatures. The near by Kamares Club house offers an excellent swimming pool as well as use of the other facilities which include restaurant, coffee shop, tennis courts and an amazing views from the patio at the Kamares Club House. Payment is made direclty to the Club house for facilities The local supermarket is 5 mins drive away and adequately covers most basic provisions. However, if you want to go to larger supermarkets, there are LIDL and a Papantoniou stores just 10 minutes drive away. There are Blue Flag Beaches within 15-20 mins drive from the villa, including Coral Bay beach with its golden sands and clear blue waters. There are an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars all over the Paphos area; where you can enjoy our local dishes or any international cuisine you desire. The garden areas of the villa are awesome and offer plenty of shaded areas where you can relax and enjoy your cools drinks and the views, the gardens are furnished with food quality outdoor furniture. Cypriot style BBQ: for the more daring of you there is a traditional BBQ set at the property, which you could use to make your on Souvla, Souvlaki, or maybe some steaks, the choice is yours!
