Our charming one-bedroom apartment, is situated in a fantastic location within Hesperides Gardens, a sought-after development in the Universal area of Kato Paphos. The condo is equipped with two large swimming pools and beautiful landscaped Gardens. The air-conditioned apartment is close to many amenities, the beach, and the Kings Avenue Mall, with easy public transportation nearby and a private parking space. Suitable for couples or a family with children. Looking forward to hosting you.

In the new Universal area. Within a walking distance to the Paphos promenade, the beach and kings-avenue mall. In the neighbourhood: a small restaurant that serves breakfast and light-meals, two 24-hours mini-markets, a fancy Gym, bus-station to all Paphos parts, and private taxi-service. Getting around: Private-parking within the condo. Bus station 2 minutes walk. Economic private taxi services. Possible to rent bikes nearby.
